As our Sales and Marketing Expert, your mission will be to expand our market reach, build strong customer relationships, and deliver impactful marketing strategies that drive growth. Success in this role means:

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that align with AviaSafe GmbH’s goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities using market research and networking.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.
• Represent AviaSafe GmbH at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven individual with the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Experience in aviation or safety-related industries is a plus but not required.
